Our many thanks to all of you who made it out for our last day of market. We had a great time! The music was fabulous, the weather was perfect, the vendors were busy; all in all, a truly grand finale!
We are already looking forward to next season and hope that you are too. Thanks to Charlie Laurel for bringing his Time Walks to market, and for promoting the 350.org Global Work Party at the market. Thanks also to Transition Town Putney for piloting this project and making it happen!
Our many thanks to Deborah Lazar for taking these wonderful photos at the grand opening of our market! You can check out her wonderful paintings at http://www.deborahlazar.com/, and if you stop by the market tomorrow you’ll probably find her there, tending her community garden plot and chatting with the other shoppers.
Our very special thanks to Doug Frank for taking these photos at the market’s Grand Opening on 9/5/10! Doug is a Putney resident and is always at the ready with his equipment to record whatever we ask him to do. You can check out his site, Milagro Webphoto, to view more of his work.
Tomorrow, work by another Putney photographer, Deborah Lazar!
